Anna Pärt has been composing and playing piano from an early age. Whilst most works focus on piano, a number of pieces have been written for strings, including an arrangement for string orchestra and the flute. Most recently she composed music for the Estonian theatre play “Pikad sammud” by A. H. Tammsaare, which was largely written for string quartet.
