Soprano Linde Schinkel, specialized in baroque music, likes to use her voice to tell stories. While performing as a singer she is also a theater maker with VOX Muziektheater. Linde performed in Bach's 'Coffee Cantata' at the Grachtenfestival and Over 't IJ festival in coffee shops in Amsterdam and has a passion for object theater and puppetry. In a recent performance of VOX 'Poor Thing', she combines objects from the 17th century with Dowland's melancholic lute songs. As a singing puppeteer she was earlier this year featured in an adaptation of Purcell's Fairy Queen by the Nederlands Blazers Ensemble and Duda Paiva Company.
