Morten Chemnitz (KC) was born in 1967 and is trained as an electronics mechanic from the Crafts School in Sønderborg with an apprenticeship at Interacoustics.

He has spent the last 30 years using his education and experience as a theater technician at Jomfru Ane Teatret, Vendsyssel Teater, Nordjysk Opera Kompagni and Svalegangen.

From 2002-2022, KC has been employed in the lighting department at Den Jyske Opera, where he primarily works with electrical and mechanical stage construction, as well as service and maintenance.

In addition, KC has a large driving licence, which is widely used in the Jutland Opera, and occasionally brings him "On the Road" as a trucker.
